Is a notification of my shipment possible?

As a rule Saloodo! does not offer any notifications. These are excluded in our AGB.

The shipment will be picked up and delivered within the booked period. The sender and recipient should be on site during this period.

If notification is essential, please contact customer service before booking the shipment.

The customer service will then clarify the costs and the possibility of notification with the transport company.

Instructions for notification in the free text fields are ineffective and will not be observed.
