How long does it usually take to process a claim?

You can track the status of your shipment anytime in your Saloodo! Dashboard.

After your shipment has been delivered the carrier uploads the Proof of Delivery and it will become visible in your dashboard.
You can check and approve it within 24 hours. After 24hours your POD will be approved automatically.
